Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Cyligence, LLC ("Colaunched", "we") for the use of colaunched.ai, app.colaunched.ai and related services. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Colaunched is, and is not

Colaunched finds business ideas by observing public demand, scores them, and helps you plan and verify a launch. It is information and tooling. It is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not a promise that any idea will work.

We never estimate what you will earn. "Potential" describes the size of a market we observed — what others charge, how many people are asking. Scores, difficulty and fit are our best reading of evidence on a given day, and they change as the evidence changes. Any decision to start, fund or continue a business is yours, made at your own risk.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Your content and your profile

You own what you give us — your résumé, links, profile lines, plan steps, notes and evidence. You grant us a licence to store and process it in order to run the service for you, and nothing more. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not upload other people's private information.

Verification and the badge

The Colaunched badge and revenue tiers are awarded automatically when evidence meets the published requirements, and can be withdrawn if that evidence is later reversed (for example by refunds), if sources disagree, or if a source is found to be false. Connecting a fabricated or altered source, or claiming revenue that is not yours, ends your account. The badge is earned, never bought, and may not be transferred or sold.

Partners and matching

If you invite or match with another member, any agreement between the two of you — ownership, roles, vesting, who verifies revenue — is between you. We record what you both confirm so you can refer to it; we do not draft legal documents, decide disputes, or act as an agent for either side. Have a lawyer review anything you sign.

Plans and payment

The idea list, scores and your profile are free. Pro and Partner are paid monthly or yearly, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund for the remainder unless the law where you live requires one. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for. Referral credits are months of service, never money.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy or resell the idea list or its evidence; do not use automated tools to access the service except through interfaces we provide; do not attempt to defeat scoring, gates or verification; do not impersonate anyone or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Our content

Ideas, scores, plans, the design of the service and the Colaunched name and mark belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own launch, and share individual ideas through the sharing features we provide. Anything else needs our written permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of anything that materially reduces a paid plan. We may end the service altogether with at least 60 days' notice, in which case unused paid time is refunded.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant the accuracy of any idea, score, or piece of evidence. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cyligence, LLC and its members, managers and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from the service or from any business you start. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.

Indemnity

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you provide, businesses you run, or your breach of these terms.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or end your account for breach of these terms, for conduct that harms other members or the service, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive — your content licence for data we are required to keep, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law — survive.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Cyligence, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable United States federal law. Before bringing a claim, write to us and give us 30 days to resolve it. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either of us may seek an injunction anywhere to protect intellectual property.

General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the service. If a part is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor of the business. Notices to you go to your account email; notices to us go to hello@colaunched.ai.

This version is effective September 4, 2026. We will tell you about material changes before they apply.
